yOur Voice Rules!?
hey all!
i feel very strongly about our organization's ability to change the world because i believe in the infinite potential in each and every one of us, and i feel the belief in one's own understanding of themselves and the universe will lead them to better comprehend and understand the capabilities of peace and positivity that could be created by networking intelligent individuals around the world for the benefit of us all!
BUT, this one forum (yOur Voice) is supposed to be the absolute center of "theWorld Unification Network" because, at least it is my intention, that we have one place that we set aside from all other forum related discussions as being the one place that we can go to pose questions for all of humanity, with the idea being that someday (someday) the virtual community @ the World Unification Network could replace the governments of the world! this might seem unrealistic, but the more you believe it can happen, the more real it will become!
SO we need to set some ground rules for this "one" forum (yOur Voice) and figure out how we're going to move forward from here!

I am an Optimist as well believe it or not. But here is something that I wrote just a little bit ago about my synopsis of the majority of humanities state thus far. This is who we have to wake up.
"What is unbelievable to me is how blind people can be if they really want to run away from proof just because they don't want to see it. I find this in so many places. It depresses me. I will say though that something has to be done. Wire tapping, the silencing of crowds, the disingenous reactions of people who don't care about anything except getting drunk and sleeping their lives away. It is all too much ignorance for me to bare. I feel the need to wake those up around me. But it is as if they are under a program, as the weavers of the spell have clinched good peoples hearts, minds, and dare I say it souls. This problem is just systemic to something bigger I fear. As it is fear itself that is at root to this programming that we see day in and day out on every TV that attempts to devide us by Race, Gender, Creed, and spirit. When I see that people are blaming only one person for all problems of the world I think to myself that maybe people are missing the point here. I don't see people have getting up in the streets and doing something. That tells me that something about our spirits have given up something essential... It tells me that people have given up their fire of hope for material comfort subscribing to the barbieken plastic magizines that tell us how we should be... The illusion of safety and comfort as the social mire has made out minds mush and our hearts beat with water blood. The thickness of peoples heads block the truth and if people don't have thick heads then they are spineless to take any stand about it.
If people don't want to know the truth, until if affects them... Then what hope is their? Faith is not blind. It is to stand in the face of fear when hope falters. I say that WE are the change we have been waiting for. The Oprahs of the world want us to believe that we just need to think things away in the comfort of our own homes. And the Bushes of the world tell us that if we thing for ourselves about things we are blasphemers, or terrorists with no rights. That is what it has come down to. People who just follow blindly to authority as if it has some validity when it really has none to speak of. I want peace, but peace with out truth is hollow indeed."

Seems a sensible approach....I think the idea of backing up claims is an interesting idea, although I think some things on this site have to taken on faith!!
Good way to get something going but I suppose everyone has to abide by these principals to make it work...

maybe, if you feel a discussion has been misposted or should not be in the "(Y)our Voice" forum we just say so respectfully in comment form (with a request to move the discussion to the discussion forum) so that it does not get overrun with posts, and therefore we can all help bear the responsibility to keep it concise, clear, and easy for ALL to find out how they can participate and make their views known without feeling overwhelmed....
