Unification

For the last twenty six years I had been working and wondering on the huge task of Unification Of the Earth. I had a brief exchange with Lucille Greene and her colleagues of World Federation ,some time in 1989,and as I was in India and had a lot of Personal Problems ,I could not continue the Contact with them.But lately,sometime in 1996, I had worked on a Model for Vision Management for India,which was greatly appreciated by the former President of India, Dr.A.P.J.Abdul Kalam,in his Office during his term.
Currently I am Proposing a similar version for the whole world. I need your suggestions to make it a truly participative document using some collaborative tools as Google docs..
Although the idea is to Call for the conversion of the UN into a democratic governance entity for the whole world ,as many organisations have already demanded.
The steps envisaged are (0) create a Constitution for the Globally Unified World, and (1) Standard for Global Unification (2) Create a Generic Template Vision Document suitable for all countries (3)Create the (future) Unified World's first Truly Democratic Party and Create and Involve leaders in each country to forge democratic institutions supporting Global Unification.(4)Activate fund raising Methods to contest in every country towards the same.
