what about the education in schools ??
why don't anyone care about realy ??
cause it's too expensive ??
see here in Germany we have a school from the 1st- 4th class
and a school from the 5th- 10th class..
and if you're intelligent enough and a hard-working one you can finish the high school...
first question is.... for all those pupils and different egos there is only one teacher for every subject or two subjects..
My experience as a normal living being tells me that this kind of building a class is insufficient.
What we know ... harmony is the basic thing .. without harmony or a brutal way of become a respective person pupils won't listen to you..
today we trust in harmony and not in the teachers hand I think...
so what has been done to figure out who just fits together and who not..? nothing
Parents and their children go to school when they login
some few minutes the situation is discussed with the principal and everyone is going his way..
no word about what the child can become .. no word about whose in his class..and no word about the cildrens specified abilities...
so you could terminate a lot of problems from the very beginning..
if you know pupils wOn't hate and fear each other...
there will be less problems among the pupils and the whole situation in class is more comfortable and sane.. you understand..
who cares about it ?? noone
the second mistake..... what about finding his profession ???
after ten years of going to school young people have to choose what are they going to do next 50 years....
and all the time you have for that is a tiny year if you are even in a ripe age for those great decissions....
and you're on your own....
In the 9th class we have (don't let me lie) three weeks to go into a firm and get the first impressions of what are you thinking of you could make it your profession...
recognize brother...
there are hundred thousands of possibilities to choose.. damn
and all you have are three fuckin weeks to make a choice...
and what if the profession you wanted to choose is really nothing with what you could deal with the next 50 years...
oh brother than you have big fuckin problems..
it is the right way to deal with the leaders of tommorow ?? don't think so
to let them fall .. and to ignore them ... where is the government if you need it?? or a private organisation ...
who takes the time to deeply discuss the core of an individual being
and you have to do it in a younger age ? noone
person a .. could become a street worker or an architect or a pilot or a security guy...
person b could become a banker or a teacher or a scientist or the next president...
see people can become a lot of things... but the important question and the maincore of my ideology is .... what is the best thing for them how they could work most efficient for themselves and for the country they are living in.. and which profession is the best for them ...
in which place in this country or on this world they bring their best potential and in which profession they are most efficient ??
and if noone can tell .. is it right to put this decission on the shoulders of an almost unexperienced teenager..to let him alone with such a burden ... wrong way brother but who cares ??
who catches those individuals ??
tell you .. the curios organisations and the extreme organisations who brainwash you and destroy your core and your natural being
intelligent but frightened people do loose theirselfes every day
and there are enough lions and hyenas out there just waiting for these people...
we have to hurry I think...
